Custom Jewelry

Request custom fine jewelry, including moissanite or lab-grown diamond rings, wedding bands, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, anniversary pieces, and coordinated jewelry sets designed around your preferred stone, setting, metal, proportions, fit, and style.

You may begin with an existing Jewel Eternal design that needs a different stone size, metal, profile, length, finish, or pairing, or submit a new direction supported by inspiration images and clear priorities. Every request is reviewed individually, and exact feasibility, specifications, pricing, and made-to-order timing are confirmed before an order proceeds.

Complete the inquiry form below with as much detail as you currently know. You do not need to have every decision finalized.

When a Custom Request Is a Good Fit

A custom inquiry is useful when you want:

  • An existing Jewel Eternal piece in a different stone size, shape, orientation, metal, band width, chain length, bracelet length, earring format, finish, or setting profile
  • A stone, color, shape, or design combination that is not currently listed, subject to availability
  • A ring, wedding band, necklace, bracelet, earrings, anniversary piece, or coordinated multi-piece set tailored to your priorities
  • A solitaire, cathedral, bezel, halo, hidden halo, three-stone, side-stone, pavé, station, line, tennis, stud, drop, or other design direction adapted to the type of piece
  • A straight, curved, crown, chevron, open, or precisely paired wedding band
  • A piece designed around practical concerns such as height, snag risk, comfort, maintenance, durability, resizing, chain length, bracelet fit, closure security, earring scale, or future stacking and layering
  • A distinctive combination of design elements rather than an exact copy of another jeweler's work

Not every requested stone, metal, dimension, structural change, or deadline will be feasible. Practical alternatives may be recommended when they better protect wearability, durability, fit, timing, or the integrity of the design.

What May Be Customized

  • Stone: moissanite or lab-grown diamond, including shape, approximate size, millimeter dimensions, orientation, and available color or quality options
  • Piece type: engagement ring, wedding band, anniversary ring, right-hand ring, necklace, bracelet, earrings, or a coordinated set
  • Setting: style, height, profile, prong or bezel direction, basket, gallery, and overall structure where feasible
  • Side details: side stones, halo, hidden halo, pavé, channel-set accents, stations, or a cleaner unadorned treatment
  • Band, chain, bracelet, or earring details: width, taper, profile, finish, stone coverage, chain style and length, bracelet length and closure, earring scale, and backing or attachment details where feasible
  • Metal: available fine-metal choices appropriate to the design
  • Pairing and coordination: wedding-band fit, necklace and bracelet coordination, matching earrings, or a complete multi-piece set
  • Scale and proportions: the complete piece is evaluated as a whole rather than choosing the stone in isolation

Available choices depend on the exact design. A requested change that appears small can affect structure, comfort, price, timing, maintenance, or pairing compatibility.

Lab-grown diamond may be requested for custom projects when the stone and design specifications are feasible. Exact stone details, availability, grading documentation when applicable, and pricing are confirmed for the individual project.

What to Include in Your Inquiry

  • Type of piece: engagement ring, wedding band, anniversary ring, right-hand ring, necklace, bracelet, earrings, full set, or another fine-jewelry piece
  • Starting point: a Jewel Eternal product link, inspiration images, sketch, or written description
  • Stone: material, color, shape, approximate carat-equivalent size, or millimeter dimensions
  • Design direction: preferred setting, profile, structure, chain, bracelet, earring, or other details that matter to you
  • Metal: preferred color and material, when known
  • Size or measurements: ring size, necklace length, bracelet length, earring scale, or the best available estimate
  • Pairing plans: whether the piece should coordinate with a wedding band, necklace, bracelet, earrings, or a complete set
  • Required date: proposal, wedding, anniversary, birthday, travel, or gift date
  • Wear priorities: low profile, reduced snag risk, comfort, easier maintenance, resizing flexibility, secure closure, or frequent daily wear
  • Must-have and must-avoid details: the features that define the design and anything you do not want

What Happens After You Submit

  1. Your request is reviewed. Jewel Eternal evaluates the design direction, proportions, requested materials, wear priorities, timing, and basic feasibility.
  2. Questions or practical alternatives are sent. Missing details, availability limits, structural concerns, and pairing considerations are clarified.
  3. Specifications and pricing are confirmed. You receive the written design details, price, payment terms, and estimated made-to-order timing that apply to the exact project.
  4. You decide whether to proceed. A request does not move forward until the written specifications and commercial terms are approved.
  5. Your completed piece or set is shipped with tracking. Shipping time is additional to the confirmed made-to-order timeframe.

Made-to-Order Timing

Many made-to-order pieces are typically completed in approximately 10 to 14 days before shipping after the details are finalized. Fully custom structures, specialty stones, complex settings, matching sets, peak-season timing, or changes after approval can require longer.

Before You Submit

  • Choose one or two inspiration images that clearly show the features you like.
  • Explain what should remain, what should change, and what matters most.
  • Include side or profile views when setting height, structure, gallery detail, clasp construction, earring profile, or pairing fit matters.
  • Share the required date at the beginning rather than after the design is confirmed.
  • Do not rely only on carat labels. Millimeter dimensions and proportions help communicate scale more accurately.

Important Request Notes

  • Stone colors, shapes, dimensions, metals, and structural changes are subject to availability and feasibility.
  • Inspiration images communicate direction and are not copied exactly.
  • Exact color appearance can vary with lighting, faceting, stone depth, metal color, photography, and screens.
  • Wedding-band fit, necklace drape, bracelet fit, closure function, and earring scale depend on the final structure and proportions.
  • Changes requested after written approval may affect price and timing and may not always be possible.
  • Custom and made-to-order items may have different return terms from in-stock jewelry. Review the current written policy before approval.
