Custom Moissanite Ring Inquiry
Request a custom moissanite engagement ring, wedding band, anniversary ring, or fine-jewelry ring designed around your preferred stone, setting, metal, fit, and style.
You may begin with an existing Jewel Eternal design that needs a different stone size, metal, profile, or wedding-band pairing, or submit a new direction supported by inspiration images and clear priorities. Every request is reviewed individually, and exact feasibility, specifications, pricing, and made-to-order timing are confirmed before an order proceeds.
Complete the inquiry form below with as much detail as you currently know. You do not need to have every decision finalized.

When a Custom Request Is a Good Fit
A custom inquiry is useful when you want:
- An existing Jewel Eternal ring in a different stone size, shape, orientation, metal, band width, or setting profile
- A center stone, color, or shape combination that is not currently listed, subject to availability
- A solitaire, cathedral, bezel, halo, hidden halo, three-stone, side-stone, pavé, or other setting direction tailored to your priorities
- A straight, curved, crown, chevron, open, or precisely paired wedding band
- A ring designed around daily-wear concerns such as height, snag risk, comfort, maintenance, durability, resizing, or future stacking
- A distinctive combination of design elements rather than an exact copy of another jeweler's work
Not every requested stone, metal, dimension, structural change, or deadline will be feasible. Practical alternatives may be recommended when they better protect wearability, durability, fit, timing, or the integrity of the design.
What May Be Customized
- Center stone: moissanite shape, approximate size, millimeter dimensions, orientation, and available color
- Setting: style, height, profile, prong or bezel direction, basket, gallery, and cathedral or non-cathedral structure where feasible
- Side details: side stones, halo, hidden halo, pavé, channel-set accents, or a cleaner unadorned treatment
- Band: width, taper, profile, finish, and stone coverage where feasible
- Metal: available fine-metal choices appropriate to the design
- Wedding-band fit: straight, contoured, directional, open, or intentionally spaced pairing
- Ring size and scale: proportions considered together rather than selecting the center stone in isolation
Available choices depend on the exact design. A requested change that appears small can affect structure, comfort, price, timing, maintenance, or wedding-band compatibility.
What to Include in Your Inquiry
- Type of piece: engagement ring, wedding band, anniversary ring, right-hand ring, or another fine-jewelry ring
- Starting point: a Jewel Eternal product link, inspiration images, sketch, or written description
- Stone: material, color, shape, approximate carat-equivalent size, or millimeter dimensions
- Setting: preferred style, profile, height, and any structural details that matter to you
- Metal: preferred color and material, when known
- Ring size: current size or the best available estimate
- Band: preferred width, taper, finish, plain or stone-set direction, and comfort priorities
- Wedding-band plans: whether the ring should pair with a straight, curved, crown, chevron, open, or custom-fit band
- Required date: proposal, wedding, anniversary, birthday, travel, or gift date
- Wear priorities: low profile, reduced snag risk, comfort, easier maintenance, resizing flexibility, or frequent daily wear
- Must-have and must-avoid details: the features that define the design and anything you do not want
What Happens After You Submit
- Your request is reviewed. Jewel Eternal evaluates the design direction, proportions, requested materials, wear priorities, timing, and basic feasibility.
- Questions or practical alternatives are sent. Missing details, availability limits, structural concerns, and wedding-band considerations are clarified.
- Specifications and pricing are confirmed. You receive the written design details, price, payment terms, and estimated made-to-order timing that apply to the exact project.
- You decide whether to proceed. A request does not move forward until the written specifications and commercial terms are approved.
- Your completed piece is shipped with tracking. Shipping time is additional to the confirmed made-to-order timeframe.
Made-to-Order Timing
Many made-to-order pieces are typically completed in approximately 10 to 14 days before shipping after the details are finalized. Fully custom structures, specialty stones, complex settings, matching bands, peak-season timing, or changes after approval can require longer.

Before You Submit
- Choose one or two inspiration images that clearly show the features you like.
- Explain what should remain, what should change, and what matters most.
- Include side or profile views when setting height, cathedral structure, gallery detail, or wedding-band fit matters.
- Share the required date at the beginning rather than after the design is confirmed.
- Do not rely only on carat labels. Millimeter dimensions and proportions help communicate scale more accurately.
Important Request Notes
- Stone colors, shapes, dimensions, metals, and structural changes are subject to availability and feasibility.
- Inspiration images communicate direction and are not copied exactly.
- Exact color appearance can vary with lighting, faceting, stone depth, metal color, photography, and screens.
- Wedding-band fit depends on the engagement ring's basket, gallery, setting height, and band profile.
- Changes requested after written approval may affect price and timing and may not always be possible.
- Custom and made-to-order items may have different return terms from in-stock jewelry. Review the current written policy before approval.
