You don’t need to have everything figured out.
What can I customize?
Rings, wedding bands, necklaces, bracelets, earrings and coordinated sets. Discuss stone shape and size, moissanite or lab-grown diamonds, metal, setting, finish and proportions. Chain length, earring scale and wedding-band fit can also be considered. Choices are confirmed for each design, subject to availability and feasibility.
How much does custom jewelry cost?
Want a different stone size, metal or design detail? Most Jewel Eternal designs can be customized, and custom does not automatically mean a dramatically higher price. Simple changes may add relatively little; more involved designs are quoted individually.
Your quote reflects the stones, metal, design work and labor, with pricing confirmed before you decide to proceed.
What should I include?
Tell us the type of piece, the details you love and any date you need it by. Include your preferred stone, metal and measurements if known. A product link, sketch or a few inspiration photos can help communicate your idea.
Can I send photographs?
Yes. Email photos or sketches to hello@jeweleternal.com with the same name and email used in your inquiry. Side views are especially useful for showing a setting or profile.
How long does a custom piece take?
Your estimated production timing is confirmed with the design before approval. Complex settings, specialty stones and matching sets may need more time. Shipping is additional, so please mention any important date in your inquiry.
Can you repair or reset my jewelry?
We create new pieces and do not offer repairs or resets. For a lost personal or family piece, we can review your photographs and discuss what may be recreated.
What happens before I commit?
You review written specifications, pricing, payment terms and estimated timing before approving production. Please review our return policy and the terms for your custom piece. Changes after approval may affect price or timing.
