Made-to-order pieces are typically crafted in approximately 2 weeks before shipping once order details are finalized. More complex custom projects may require additional time, and you will be updated if the timeline changes.

In-stock pieces usually ship within 1–3 business days.

Once your order is ready, it ships with tracking. Signature confirmation or insured delivery may be used for higher-value jewelry orders.

During holidays, peak seasons, severe weather, carrier delays, or periods of high order volume, shipping or production timelines may extend. If timing is important for a proposal, anniversary, wedding, or travel date, please contact Jewel Eternal before ordering.
