For a new custom ring or jewelry request, begin with the Custom Moissanite Ring Inquiry. That form collects the design details needed to review the request accurately.

For an Existing Order

Include your order number, the name used at checkout, and a clear description of the question. Add photos when the issue relates to a stone, setting, finish, sizing, damage, or an incorrect item.

For Product Help

Include the product name or link and the option you are considering. Helpful details may include:

Preferred stone shape or center size
Metal and ring size
Desired setting profile or wedding-band fit
Daily-wear priorities
Proposal, wedding, anniversary, gift, or travel date

For a Custom Ring Request

A useful request includes inspiration images, preferred stone shape and approximate dimensions, metal, ring size, setting direction, wedding-band plans, required date, and any must-have or must-avoid details. You do not need every technical specification before reaching out.

Made-to-Order Timing

Many made-to-order pieces are typically completed in approximately 10 to 14 days before shipping after the details are finalized. Fully custom structures, specialty stones, matching bands, peak-season timing, or changes after approval can require longer.

In-stock pieces usually ship within one to three business days. Carrier transit time is additional to the made-to-order or dispatch estimate.

Contact Jewel Eternal before ordering when timing is critical. A required date can be reviewed, but delivery by a particular date is not confirmed unless it is agreed in writing.
