The original design was specified with natural tanzanite. A similar design in a lab-created gemstone is an inquiry request, not a confirmed lab-created tanzanite offering.
Lab-created ruby, emerald and sapphire are our main colored-stone options. Specific shades and other lab-created stones require an individual availability and suitability check. We do not promise every color, stone or exact match to the example image.
