🎨 Step 1: Design Consultation

We start with your inspiration — sketches, reference photos, or a description of your dream look. You'll choose your stone shape, carat size, metal, and setting style with our help. When you're ready, submit a custom ring inquiry to begin.

💎 Step 2: Deposit & Stone Selection

We’ll help you select your Moissanite — all of our stones are D Color, VVS1 clarity, lab grown, and precision cut for maximum brilliance. Once your direction is confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to begin production.Learn more in Moissanite Certification.

📐 Step 3: CAD Rendering

We create a CAD rendering (computer aided design) of your ring to ensure every detail is technically accurate. This is the first step in building your custom design and guides the production process.

🔨 Step 4: Handcrafting Your Ring

Once the CAD is finalized, our jewelers begin casting and setting your ring by hand. Each piece is made-to-order with heirloom quality craftsmanship. Production typically takes 2-3 weeks depending on design complexity.

📸 Step 5: Final Preview & Payment

After your ring is completed, we’ll send you detailed photos or video of the final piece. At that time, the remaining 50% balance is due. After payment is received, your ring will be prepared for shipment.

📦 Step 6: Delivery

Your ring is beautifully packaged in our signature box and shipped with full tracking and signature required at delivery — ready for your big moment.
