🎨 Step 1: Design Consultation

We start with your inspiration — sketches, reference photos, or just your dream aesthetic. You’ll work with us to choose your stone shape, size, metal, and setting style. When you’re ready, submit a custom ring inquiry to begin.

💎 Step 2: Deposit & Stone Selection

We’ll help you select your perfect Moissanite — every stone we use is D Color, VVS1 clarity, lab grown, and cut for exceptional brilliance. Once we’ve aligned on the design, a 50% deposit is required to begin production. Learn more in Moissanite Certification.

📐 Step 3: CAD Rendering

Before production, we create a detailed CAD rendering of your ring to ensure every element is engineered precisely — from prong placement to setting height. This is the first step in bringing your design to life.

🔨 Step 4: Handcrafting Your Ring

After the CAD is complete, our jewelers cast, set, and polish your ring by hand. Each piece is made to order using heirloom quality techniques. Production typically takes 2–3 weeks depending on the complexity of the design.

📸 Step 5: Final Preview & Payment

Once your ring is complete, we’ll send you detailed photos or video for your approval. At that time, the remaining 50% balance is due. After payment is received, your ring is prepared for shipping.

📦 Step 6: Delivery

Your ring is carefully packaged in a beautiful box and shipped with full tracking and signature required at delivery — ready for your moment.
